1. Acceptance of Terms

By using cichlify.com or any of our services (AI tools, consulting, software development, etc.), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Use of Services

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. You agree to:

• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Not interfere with or disrupt our services
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, code, and designs, is owned by Cichlify or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.

4. Client Projects & Deliverables

When we build software, AI models, or provide consulting services:

• Ownership of deliverables transfers to you upon full payment
• We retain the right to showcase projects in our portfolio (unless NDA is signed)
• Source code is provided unless otherwise agreed
• We offer 30-day post-delivery support for bugs

5. Payment Terms

All fees are quoted and payable in USD unless otherwise stated. We require:

• 50% upfront for projects over $5,000
• Full payment for smaller engagements
• Late payments may incur a 5% monthly fee

6. Limitation of Liability

Cichlify is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Issues arising from your misuse of our services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you will immediately cease.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lusaka.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
